---- GENERAL TERMS ----

I. - By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these terms.

II. - I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission without reason or explanation.

III. - Any changes to Terms or Prices will not affect those who ordered before the changes.

IV. - Please write in a neat manner, please don't type like this: ThIs iS aN ExAmPlE.

V. - For best results at least one reference given should be digital, traditional refs can be given but colors may end up off unless you provide hex numbers or Pantones for each color.

VI. - Any ill behavior can result in cancellation of your commission.

VII. - Failure to follow terms will result in immediate cancellation and a warning. Continue the behaviour on another commission and you risk being blacklisted.

VIII. - Do Not send me a NSFW reference of any type, doing so will result in commission cancellation or refusal and the possibility on being blacklisted. A SFW reference must be given.

---- ORDERING ----

I. - Each price is a base price and can increase depending on complexity.

II. - All payment must be in USD ($) and given upfront.

III. - Quotes can be requested at any time commissions are open by filling out the commission request form thou google. (forms.gle/AVA3njEBEpmU9qEa9)

IV. - I don't hold reservations or do payment plans.

V. - At least one reference image is required unless ordering a custom designed character.

VI. - I won't do commissions involving any type of NSFW

---- PAYMENT AND REFUNDS ----

I. - All payment is to be through Paypal Invoice.

II. - I will send you an invoice of expected payment and my TOS along with what you'll receive.

III. - Invoices are 24 hours, any past the due date will be cancelled and so will the commission.

IV. - I pay the Paypal fees, do NOT send money via family and friends.

V. - Full refunds will not be possible on already started commissions. Commission that are finished are not refundable at all. You should be diligent with money and should always have savings for rainy days. It is not my fault if you spend your money on commissions and realise you need money for something else.

---- TURN AROUND AND DEADLINES ----

I. - My turn around times can be a month at least, I do work a full time job. If I have free time you may receive your artwork in a few days.

II. - I will send you WIPS as much as possible and whenever I complete a stage, the commission won't progress if you don't respond.

III. - I can only change certain things at certain points, be sure to be detailed and ask for correct changes at correct times. I am unable to do massive changes halfway through the commission.

---- COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY ----

I. - As the artist, I hold every right to the produced art.

II. - I can use the artwork in my portfolio.

III. - Use the artwork to promote myself and post on any social media.

IV. - The commissioner has rights to personal use only and can't use my artwork to gain profit.

V. - They may print the art and share online as long as my signature is visible and credit is in the description.

VI. - If it is a character design, they may resell the design for NO HIGHER than what they bought it, UNLESS they bought extra art.

VII. - As of now, commercial rights can't be bought, this may be changed in the future.

Classed as infringement

Removing my signature or cropping it out

Taking credit for the creation

Selling the artwork as prints and gaining profit.

---- CHARGEBACKS ----

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything will be removed and I will request that you delete the artwork you have received from me.

You will be permanently banned from buying anything from me.

I will make public posts about the situation and spreading your online alias to warn other artists.

I have the right to file a complaint and I have all right to the money that you give to me for the commission.
